Various Projects

I worked at IDE-Architecture for two summers between my BA years at Plymouth and helped out with a wide range of projects.

The practice was a small start-up but the work ranged from an exhibition stand for LG HI-MACS at 100% Design to masterplanning and lighting schemes for parts of Beijing in the lead up to the 2008 Olympic Games. In addition I worked on visuals and physical models for a competition entry for a large inflatable exhibition space, an office fit out, a four storey wooden clad block of 14 apartments and a few smaller residential projects.

The experience was my first insight to an architecture practice and the variety and pace of the work coming through the office combined with the hands on approach was hugely beneficial to my development at an early stage in my architectural education.
